I am a County Engagement and Community Development Specialist with University of Missouri Extension. In 2019, I created and launched our "engaged neighbor" program. Several educational opportunities exist within this program. Things like our monthly Neighboring 101 class, our online Becoming an Engaged Neighbor program, an eight neighborhood pilot project, our annual Lawn Art with Neighbors (LAWN) event, and various events and activities centered around National Good Neighbor Day (Sept. 28) and Won't You By My Neighbor Day (March 20).
