Rachel is the Manager of Digital Strategy and Development for the Global Ministries Department of Lutheran Hour Ministries. In addition to her work on various programs, she spends a lot of her time on THRED. In that role, she publishes content on a variety of social media platforms, promotes the content and manages the responses and conversations happening in the online communities she develops. She is currently developing a Digital Conversation Team, a trained team of volunteers engaging people who turn to the internet with their problems and pain points in conversation through the power of social listening software. She holds a BA in Christian outreach from Concordia University, with a background in professional church work, not-for-profit management, and corporate procurement.
